Do you test your cables assemblies before shipping?
Yes, we perform 100% continuity test. Hi-pot test is also performed when specified.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) required for proto-type or production assemblies?
We do small volume with high mix. The MOQ of the custom products usually would depend on the MOQ of the raw material. We have always work closely with our customers’ to accommodate the MOQ issue.
For cable assembly designs, what specific minimal dimensions are required on our company drawing?
Generally, overall length, breakouts, strip lengths, and dimensional tolerances.
If my BOM calls out a specific component, will you use an equivalent component at time of manufacturing my product.
We will use your component specified on your BOM. However, if there is a cost benefit for you, we will suggest an equivalent during the quoting process.
Can you create a drawing for me if I provide a sample?
As a service to existing customers, our engineering team is capable of creating a drawing representative of your sample.
Do you have a first article process?
We submit a first article that represents the production order. This will represent our understanding of your requirements. The customer must approve the submitted First articles prior to the production order commencing.

What tolerance can you hold for laser cut, CNC, EDM wire cut and drill?
Laser cut +/- 0.02mm, CNC milling +/- 0.02mm, EDM wire cut +/- 0.02MM, EDM drill +/- 0.03mm depends on the depth of the drill.
What CAD file type do you prefer to receive for a quote?
We are able to accept customers’ design files in Solid works, Autocad, MasterCAm, etc….
